Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.
  • Damage from natural disasters or severe weather events.
  • Surface damage (such as scratches, rust, or other defects) that occurs over time.

Important: Any defect found within 24 hours of receiving the toolbox must be reported immediately to Titan Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd by phone at 0476300295 or email at sales@oztes.com.au. If not reported within this time frame, the defect will be considered natural wear and tear.

Voiding the Warranty

  • Warranty becomes void if the product is used for an unintended purpose or altered in any way.
  • Unsatisfactory installation may also void the warranty.
  • Items given away in promotion periods will not be covered by warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover theft, attempted theft, or any damage resulting from such events.

Warranty Claims

  1. Reporting a Claim:
    • Any item subject to a warranty claim must be reported to Titan Engineering Solutions directly or via email at sales@oztes.com.au.
    • Full details of the product fault and photo evidence will be required before the warranty is actioned.
  2. Resolution Process:
    • Titan Engineering Solutions will first attempt to fix the fault before offering a replacement.
    • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
  3. Return Freight:
    • All return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If the warranty claim is found to be illegitimate, all associated costs will be payable by the customer.
